Each item from Festive Family Fits is made to order just for you! Because our products are custom and personalized, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing Time:
Most personalized items are created and ready to ship within 5–10 business days. During peak seasons (like holidays or graduation), production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time:

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control (weather, holidays, etc.).

Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us right away. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping (optional):
International orders may take longer to arrive and could be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
