At Festive Family Fits, every item is made to order and customized especially for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
Please double-check all spelling, personalization details, and order information before submitting your purchase. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us within 2 hours and we’ll do our best to make adjustments if production hasn’t started.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item at no cost to you in those cases.
